About automatic renewal
Subscriptions with monthly payments are automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. If desired, you can indicate in your account during the term that the subscription should be terminated at the end of the period. After the first subscription period, the subscription can be cancelled at any time.
The plan, 12 months Prepaid, also renews automatically. This can be cancelled during the term and, in that case, will stop as soon as the selected period has ended.

What age is Zappie suitable for?
The Zappie boxes are specially designed for children aged 5-9+. The activities and materials in each box are tailored to this age group to be both fun and educational.
Do I need to buy any materials myself?
No, everything you need is included in the Zappiebox, even the batteries. So you don't have to go looking for screwdrivers or paint yourself.
For some of the additional games or challenges in the booklet, you may need additional materials (such as a pencil or scissors), but these are optional and not necessary for the building itself.

Can we get double boxes?
At Zappie, we ensure you don't receive duplicate boxes. Our system keeps track of all the boxes you've received. It also recognizes new orders and links them to previous subscriptions or individual boxes. Every box you receive is stored with us. We also check store orders on the same account.
We have many different projects, so you can renew subscriptions without risk of recurrence.

Can children build independently?

Each box includes a step-by-step instruction booklet with clear illustrations. We thoroughly test our designs with children aged 5 to 9 and continue to refine them until building is smooth and enjoyable.
With a little perseverance and the instruction booklet, most children can build and play with their project all by themselves.
